Technical Information

The general features of COOLDOOR doors include:

The wing sections of cold storage doors are manufactured from panels injected with polyurethane between two metal sheets. Our door thicknesses are 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm, and 150mm. As the door is in constant contact with the external environment, special wing frame profiles with air-channelled wing seals and heat barriers are equipped in our COOLDOOR branded doors to prevent potential sweating and heat loss. Surface material options for the doors include polyester-coated galvanized steel, PVC-coated galvanized steel, and stainless steel. The door frames can be made from special aluminum profiles or from the same panel as the wing detail. The frame is attached to the panel with special heat-insulating connection elements belonging to ERDEMLER SOĞUTMA. Our frames are suitable for panel thicknesses. All accessories used in our doors are manufactured in compliance with international standards.
