Cold Room Panels

Panels required for cold storage are produced and serviced in various sizes by Erdemler Cooling with the international standard in the name COOLPAN brand.

Panels have a width of 111 cm at 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200 mm thickness and according to the project until 13,5 mt length with the COOLPAN brand. The thickness is up to the project’s necessity. As standard, the inner and outer surfaces are 0,50 mm thickness and RALL9002 polyester paint is available on the galvanized sheet. Sheet thicknesses are available as standard with 0,50 mm thickness PVC and 304 QUALITY STAINLESS STEEL.

Our COOLPAN panels are manufactured in accordance with the lock system and are combined with the details of interlocking between male and female. Polyurethane filled production that 40-42 kg / m3 density is done in between two sheets. The surface of COOLPAN panels is smooth, hygienic and easy to clean. Because of its hygienic nature, it is preferred in hospitals, food products and medicine sector. It helps avoids losing heat with their special design and accessories. In COOLPAN panels, there are also options for with track- trackless and locked-unlocked production.
